Easy Migration From Paper Files
We know that HR Administraton, regardless of technology, is most effective
when the records and data about each employee are complete.
There are many documents related to each employee that an
HR professional wants to be able to access, but which do not necessarily
have to be "searchable". For example, you may want online
access to a copy of an employee's Resume or their Driver's License or their
Certificate or their I-9 Form, but you probably do not have to be able to
execute a query on the information in the document. In those
cases, what you need is an online image of the document that is available
instantly just as any other selectable report in the employee's file.
The Integrity Administrator is the only HR Administration system with
native document imaging. The storage of the images is perpetual.
You merely fax the document(s) whose image you want to appear as a report
in an employee's file, to our image server, and it is automatically
filed in the employee's file within minutes, and is then available
for you to call up and view or print.
If you have already been doing your Background Checking with us, then
all of those records, which are already available to you online, can
be moved to your new Employee Files with just the click of your mouse.
