The Integrity Administrator is running and serving companies as you read this.
If you have been performing your Background Checks with us, then in Selection mode,
just call up an Applicant in "Applicant Review", change their status from Applicant
to Employee, and click on Files. The system will take you immediately to
Employee Files, and the data and reports that you have in the system about your Employee
will be there. You can then immediately take advantage of all the other features
of Employee Files so that you have a complete file. You can assign the Employee
a UserName and Password, and they can get on the Internet, logon, and complete their
personal data. Any documents that you want to be part of the online record
for the employee, that you want to store as selectable images, just fax to our Image
Server, and in about 3-5 minutes they will appear in the Employee Files interface.
If you are just using Employee Files, and do not already have data and reports stored
with us, then just go to Files, click on "New Employee", enter the basic data, and you
will have established a new Employee File. You and the employee can then
set about to finish putting in the personal data and any Document Images.
