A new video-based training program entitled
"Seven Danger Zones for Supervisors: An
Employment Law Training Series", has been
produced by M. Lee Smith Publishers, LLC.

The series claims to help supervisors and HR
professionals:

     o  Avoid devastating lawsuits related to
         hiring, firing, harassment, workplace
         violence, evaluations, documentation,
         and discrimination; and

     o  Gain the knowledge and skills that they
         need to steer clear of the 7 greatest
         danger zones;

The videos resulted from a series of focus
group sessions conducted in several U.S. cities.

According to the press release, "lawsuits against
companies by employees is an exploding problem
in America ..... 75% of the time, the judgement is
in favor of the employee, with an average of
$100,000 in damages leveled against the company."
