"Employers are already scrambling for managerial
and professional talent. Demographic trends will
make finding mid-career employees even tougher.
Look for a 6.5% DECREASE in the population of
35-to-44-year-olds between 2000 and 2006." The
population of them will drop from 38 million today
to 35.6 million in 2006 -- a LOSS of 2.4 million
mid-career employees !
