 
First of all, your notes and opinions are confidential in
a password-protected system.
Second, you always have the notes from all interviews
in the same place in date order.
Third, multiple managers can interview the Candidate, and
all notes are available to the manager or managers with
password access.
Fourth, you can later use the Search Function to search
all of your interview notes to help you recall what a
Candidate said about a particular topic.
Finally, the notes are each time and date stamped as
they are created so that no one can later accuse anyone
of later synthesizing notes for some purpose.
