Yes. And that can be true with less effort than with any other vendor.
The reason is that we are the ONLY vendor with built-in document imaging.
If you have a document that you want to show up in an Employee's File
as a selectable/viewable/printable report, you just fax it to our image server, and
within minutes an exact image of it is available to you in their employee file.
This allows you to only enter those data in input fields that you want to be able to search
on. The rest of your paper file, or as much as you want to be available online,
can merely be faxed to the image server to show up online.
In addition to the obvious time savings, and convenience considerations, this allows
you to use this system with documents in any language as it is an exact image that
is stored for you online.
