Yes. The Payroll system allows you to designate
each employee as hourly or salaried. If you choose
to run your entire payroll on a given date, the
system will use the time input for each hourly employee
to compute their check. In that same payroll run, you
can have the checks run for salaried employees. Of
course you can run salaried employees, say, semi-monthly,
and hourly employees weekly.
