An input
screen allows you to enter, in
hours, regular time, overtime,
double-time, sick time, vacation
time, and time-bank time for each
pay period. This screen can be
used for both Salaried and Hourly
employees and the system will
compute the total pay for the period
based on this input. You are even
able to input Bonus and Commission
amounts here.
Of
course, with our automated input for
Salaried employees feature, if you
have Salaried employees that have no
non-standard time for a pay period
(i.e. they work a full day for each
of the days of the pay period and
have no vacation time, sick time,
etc... for the pay period) you can
tell the system to generate these
records for you. You only need enter
the records for those Salaried
employees that have non-standard
time during that pay period.
