FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Online Job Applications Now
Include Document Imaging

Dallas, Texas  -   The Integrity Center, Inc. announces that Document Imaging is now an integral part of its Online Job Applications.   Employers can have job applicants easily submit resumes, transcripts, licenses, certificates or other supporting documents which then complete their online Job Application.

After completing the Job Application online, the applicant merely faxes the designated supporting documents to The Integrity Center, Inc. Image Server using a dedicated 800#  where the faxes are automatically converted to online reports.   The document images are then automatically made a part of that particular Job Application file and are available online to the employer as supporting reports.

This process saves a lot of time for both the employer and the applicant.    It also facilitates the employer's evaluation of the Job Application.   This is important now that resume fraud is found in almost half of all resumes.   The fraud problem is being made worse in 2004 by an evolving group of websites that specialize in furnishing bogus educational and employment credentials and references.

Online Job Applications, including the images of supporting documents, are very inexpensive.   They can also be easily setup to be publicly available from the employer's website.   Employers will find that online Job Applications with supporting document images, and Online Interview Notes, save them a lot of time because all of the information is captured in machine-readable form for subsequent online use.   The online client interface is intuitive and easy to use.   Employers with existing HR automation software can easily and securely import all of their hosted Job Applications and Supporting Reports over the Internet using the API provided.

The Integrity Center, Inc., The Integrity Center, Inc., recognized nationally for FCRA and HIPAA fully compliant online Human Resource services for business, industry and government leads the industry in automating Objective Risk Management.   The Integrity Center, founded in 1984, based in Dallas, TX, and its website, are a rich source of risk management and cost-justification information regarding all areas of Human Resource automation and records.   They also provide information regarding the laws, procedures, and pitfalls relative to HR Automation.
