About two years ago, The Integrity Center
made the decision to provide additional
services to our clients. These new services
are all related to personnel records and
personnel background checking.
In addition to security, one of our core
competencies is computing and
communications. We knew that we could
offer services that would save our clients
time and money and give them an
advantage in their marketplace.
Next month we will be introducing our new
client interface, The Integrity Connection
Version 6.0. Current users of Version 5.0
will see that we have retained all of the
user-friendly features and have added many
new features and services. Background
checking is now even easier, and in addition,
we are now offering the following.
In Version 6.0 clients will be able to collect
Job Applications right on their own website,
or on ours, with their own logo and brand,
and the Job Applications will be online in
our network for your review and for your
interviews. In addition, interview notes can
now be kept online.
If a client does collect Job Applications online,
it can happen 24/7 from any Internet connection,
and our system will insure that each Job Application
will be fully completed for you. If you choose, the
information can interface with background checking
and employee records at the click of a button.
This integration eliminates all data input for
background checking except for the selection
of what to check. In addition, with the
candidate's data captured, the Disclosure
form and the Authorization and Release form
are properly completed and ready to print for
for the candidate's signature. The candidate's
required copy of their Rights Under the FCRA
is automatically printed for you to give them too.
If a client elects to hire one of the candidates,
all of the information will already be captured
and the employee files can all be set up at the
click of a button. Further, the required forms
like W-4, I-9, and others will be properly filled
out as much as possible and ready for completion
and signature.
To describe all of our new services and how
they will save our clients time and money,
we have just launched our new website.
We hope that you like the new site features such
as the site search engine, the ease of navigation,
the new information, and the way Version 6.0
performs as a tool to save you money and give
you more control over your operations.
